This is an exciting opportunity to join the NZ field team with Kellanova (formerly Kellogg's), a friendly and supportive team.
We're looking to hire a Territory Manager for our Auckland Central territory, which covers Auckland CBD to Manukau.
In your role as a Territory Manager, you will form an integral part of our successful NZ Field Sales team, managing Grocery retail accounts across your territory.
Representing our iconic brands, you will be responsible for delivering in-store excellence by ensuring optimal ranging, shelf availability and product placement to ensure a fantastic shopping experience for consumers.
This is an opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, results-driven individual who thrives in developing rewarding customer partnerships.
Not afraid of rolling your sleeves up, you are just as comfortable doing early morning relays as you are in high level negotiations with your customers.
With Kellanova's strong brand presence and category leadership, you will be determined to unlock growth with your Grocery retail accounts.
This sales territory is significant as it manages some of the largest grocery retail accounts in the country.
You will be either an experienced Territory Manager with a strong track record of performance in a similar role OR a recent graduate looking to start a career in Sales with a global FMCG – this is your 'foot in the door'!
A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing: Key account customer relationship management Manage territory sales, distribution, speed to market, and promotional objectives Report on territory sales performance and market trends Develop and maintain strong third-party merchandising relationships Collaborate across the Kellanova broader team sharing insights and best practice Leverage initiative, planning, time management and sales skills to identify and unlock opportunities to expand commercial growth within your territory Manage territory administrative tasks, invoicing, store incentive plans, and pricing claims Your Recipe For Success: Proven sales experience gained within FMCG and/or the Grocery environment is ideal, but not mandatory.
