Approximate pay: $50K - $70K annually
Description Role:
Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and documents for building consent.
Drafting structural plans and details according to design markups.
Assist senior engineers with design tasks.
Site attendance and construction observation for simple construction onsite, prepare observation notes/reports.
Minimum requirements:
Relevant engineering tertiary education (BE from University of Auckland/Canterbury is preferred).
Understand basic structural engineering principles, familiar with local design standards.
Attention to details.
Candidates with relevant design work experience is preferred but not essential.
Candidates with drafting or Revit experiences are preferred.
