Reporting through to the Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will provide and support the following: Ongoing plant support in a timely and efficient manner.
Assistance in maintaining pressure equipment, piping and welding in-house specifications Mechanical Engineering Support to the Maintenance and Operations teams Mechanical Engineering support to replacement Projects in line with expected standards and codes of practice.
The role provides lots of opportunity for independence and ownership of role but with the support of an experienced team to provide direction and the ability to develop and grow into the role.
ABOUT YOU You will bring to the role: BEng or BSc Mechanical Engineering Degree You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills Technical experience in Pressure Equipment and Piping design A team player, able to work with multiple different teams and disciplines A pro-active approach to solution generation and continuous improvement ABOUT US We love New Zealand, and we care about our growth, our land and our people.
