We are a market-leading company, specialising in Building Automation and Energy Management Systems currently expanding our operations to Auckland, New Zealand. If your qualifications were obtained recently, you are passionate about Building Automation and Energy Management Systems and you want to build a career with one of the market leaders in this field, then we would like to hear from you. The role is available in Auckland. Candidates must be available for up to 12 months of on-the-job training in Melbourne, Australia.   Please note no sponsorship is available for this position and you must have full working rights in NZ and Australia. The Role: This is a career opportunity with great potential, within a high-profile, national company experiencing strong growth in the building automation industry. The chance to start your engineering career by being trained and working alongside senior engineering staff. Your training will expose you to all of the technical aspects of the company's products and services. You will learn about the specifics of our engineering, designing building controls, managing projects, consultation and coordination with clients, stakeholders, contractors and technician staff. Upon successful completion of training, you will be placed in an engineering role within the company. About you: A recent engineering graduate in Mechatronics/Mechanical, Electronics or ElectricalPossess a real passion for engineering and a strong desire to be challenged and to succeed in this fieldBe able to focus on several simultaneous projects with energy, enthusiasm and dedicationBe a "hands-on", practical person with a strong interest in field-based workBe able to demonstrate a particular interest in Automation SystemsHave excellent presentation, organisation and communication SkillsHold a current Driving LicenseOn Offer: Stable permanent full-time work for an Australia-owned businessReturn flights and accommodation in Melbourne are paid by the companyFull training and support provided by senior engineers within the business6 days paid productivity leave per annum after 2 full-time years of continuous serviceSpacious and newly refurbished office in Mulgrave with onsite parkingCareer growth and developmentGreat company culture with social events throughout the yearSuccessful candidates will be remunerated with a competitive base salary of $63K + Super + Company Vehicle.  Total package >> $84K To apply please submit a cover letter stating how you meet the above selection criteria together with a current CV.
