The three companies have a common vision of delivering industry leading infrastructure projects, looking after our environment, and helping New Zealanders to have a better future.
This programme is a unique opportunity to get a full view of the civil engineering industry and build experience across client, consultant, and contractor organisations.

He whakamarama mo te turanga mahi | About the role This programme offers a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience of the full engineering lifecycle. From planning and design through to the construction and maintenance, our goal is to give you as much experience as is possible.
In this role you will:
Experience projects from three different perspectives
Work with industry leaders with a wealth of knowledge and experience
Gain practical and theoretical project management experience
Enjoy a true rotational grad programme

Additional requirements:
Right to work in New Zealand
New Zealand drivers' licence (minimum restricted)
