Graduate Account Executive - Construction Insurance

Be involved with the biggest construction projects and construction companies as a specialist construction insurance adviser in the New Zealand Construction Team.
Based in Auckland, this role provides a fantastic platform to grow within the insurance industry, contributing to a diverse client portfolio while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work environment.
The Role As a Construction Account Executive, you will: Prepare accurate and comprehensive client documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy and obtaining approval before distribution.
Collaborate with Client Managers and Client Directors to manage larger clients' insurance, risk management, and programmes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurers, including representing WTW at events.
Liaise with the offshore Operations Support team to ensure seamless preparation and delivery of documentation.
Respond to client claims enquiries, provide advice on the claims process, and manage workflow and diary systems.
Contribute to achieving new business targets annually for the team and maintain compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
The Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Law Have a desire for career progression – this is a great training opportunity to support our Construction team, develop your knowledge and establish a career in broking.
New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) General Insurance or a willingness to work towards this.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office products.
Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Quick learner with a desire to take on additional duties when required.
