This includes overseeing the implementation of agronomic practices, coordinating course maintenance staff, and ensuring that all course maintenance procedures are followed, with daily schedules recorded accurately. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for golf maintenance. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments. Qualifications: Certificate/Diploma in Sports Turf Management or related field, with previous experience as an assistant superintendent or management experience preferable. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of golf course maintenance, including irrigation, fertilization, pesticide application, turf culture, and drainage systems, along with a strong commitment to Work, Health & Safety practices.
