Gm Assistant

Recycling Group 2016 Company Limited is looking for a GM assistant to join our busy team. 
Location: Auckland
Pay Rate: 80K - 100K depends on work experience
Guaranteed hours of work per week: 40 hours Mon-Fri
 
Main duties and responsibilities:

Assist with every aspect of the GM's daily work such as take messages, answer queries, screen telephone calls and visitors;
Assist the GM to liaise with business partners, both onshore and offshore;
Provide business and managerial advice to the company and assist the GM to expend business;
Assist the GM to do research and prepare reports;
Responsible for briefing nots, memoranda, correspondence of the GM;
Arrange meetings and daily routine schedule for the GM;
Attend meetings and record meeting minutes;
Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements for the job:

Minimum 5 year's relevant work experience in similar admin management and GM assistant role
Reliable and No criminal record
