HDT is a world leader in delivering modern software solutions with the latest technology.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Sales Executive at HDT Ltd in Lower Hutt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Global Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate can also contribute to product development through an in-depth knowledge of indirect fire operations. The successful candidate is expected to begin employment in January 2025.The role requires regular international and local travel and may include:Organising and leading demonstrations including live firingInstruction on FCS operation and Professional Military EducationParticipation in trade exhibitionsQualificationsSales, Business Development, and Account Management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience in the defense or technology industryMarket research and analysis skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyMilitary Instructor experience/qualificationsKnowledge of digital fire control systemsKnowledge of indirect fire operations and doctrine
