TheOpportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with financialexpertise and astute commercial acumen to become a pivotal part of our Animal Management FinanceLeadership Team and play acritical role as a trusted financial advisor across our global business. Reportingto the CFO, you'll provideinvaluable insights,supporting decision-making processes.You'll work collaboratively with both the Finance and Animal Management leadershipteams, delving into ourbusiness strategies and steering the delivery of sustainable and profitablegrowth.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive decision-making excellence throughchallenging assumptions, modelling scenarios, and providing astute financialcounsel on business decisions.Lead the financial planning, budgeting,forecasting and variance analysis, partnering closely with our wider teams for optimizedcost efficiencies and revenue growth.Provide strategic insights by translatingfinancial data into actionable strategies, aligned with overarching businessgoals. Develop financial acumen and commercial skills across thebusiness, including risk/reward decision making and value management.The Fit To besuccessful in this role you'll need:
Accounting qualifications – CA, CPA or CIMAqualified or Master level degree.10+ years of proven finance business lead/partnerexperience from a global company, preferably with tech/manufacturing/supplychain experience.Proven experience in finance business partnering orcommercial finance at a senior level.Extensive experience in leading business planningand performance management processes including assessing business growth andinvestment opportunities.Experience within a complex manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills, highly numerate andproven to be detail oriented.Experience of effectively managing and developing ahigh-performance team (globally based).Strong verbal andwritten communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style toexplain financial information to non-financial staff concisely.Why Gallagher?
