At Shuttlerock, we're revolutionising the way brands create and deliver mobile-first content. We're seeking a highly skilled Global Account-Based Marketing Professional to join our team and drive our global account communications strategy. Your primary purpose is to ensure each client has a clear communications and messaging framework, guaranteeing consistency across our marketing collateral and establishing a clear plan for how and when we deliver marketing communications—including content marketing, newsletters, and more.
You will need to understand the different audiences within a global brand—including marketing leadership, brand teams, procurement, centers of excellence, and partners like Meta—and how the ecosystem works. You will strategise a communications plan and execute it across key audience groups. This role requires someone who is a solid writer, an expert in account-based marketing planning, and has the ability to drive projects and revenue generation in conjunction with our on-the-ground sales approach. Working collaboratively with sales teams to deliver comprehensive outcomes, ensuring the client perceives Shuttlerock as a unified entity. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that resonate with key stakeholders within global brands.
Tailor messaging to different audience groups, including marketing leadership, brand teams, procurement, and partners.
Create and manage high-quality content that effectively engages and informs target audiences including newsletters and other marketing communications.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, delivering comprehensive outcomes and ensuring the client perceives Shuttlerock as one unified team.
Drive projects and contribute to revenue generation in conjunction with our on-the-ground sales approach.
Understand and segment different audience groups within global brands to tailor communications effectively.
Oversee the development and consistency of marketing materials across all touchpoints.
Track and analyse marketing performance to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Extensive experience in account-based marketing and communications planning for global accounts.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
A deep understanding of global brand ecosystems and their internal structures.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
Understanding of account-based marketing strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
