ABOUT THE ROLE This Branch Manager role will work Tuesday-Saturday in our Glassons Timaru Branch where you will be responsible for the overall running of the store, including:
Recruiting and retaining a high-performing team with a particular focus on team training and development. Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets. Managing day-to-day operational deadlines such as rosters and stock management. Maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising. ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role, along with:
