Promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets and achieve KPIs.Deliver efficiently and effectively on day-to-day operational duties such as visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide administrative support with sales reporting, team performance and rostering.This Assistant Manager role will work Full-Time Sunday to Thursday in our Glassons Nelson Branch. ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a management or supervisory role and have at least 2 years of experience in retail.
