Our Information Systems team forms the backbone of our operations, delivering efficient services and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our district.
Your Role: As our GIS Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Information Systems team, supporting shared services initiatives across both Hurunui and Kaikoura councils. Leveraging your expertise in ESRI and FME toolsets, you'll spearhead mapping services, manage GIS environments, and lead system development efforts. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll provide critical spatial analysis for council projects and offer strategic GIS guidance to inform decision-making processes.
