As GIS Lead, you'll oversee a team, manage projects, and champion advanced GIS methodologies in network operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of GIS professionals, set clear goals, and manage performance.Oversee GIS projects using ESRI ARC Map or similar GIS software, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Promote and implement new GIS technologies and methodologies to enhance network operations.Work closely with internal teams to deliver geospatial solutions that meet TLC's strategic objectives.Act as the GIS product owner, managing vendor relationships and driving excellence in customer service.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.3-5 years in spatial analysis, data capture, and GIS project management, with expertise in ESRI ARC Map and the ArcGIS Enterprise product stack.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance.Proven ability to manage complex GIS projects, from inception to completion, while solving technical challenges.Proficient in spatial analysis, geospatial database design, and MS Office.
