Geotechnical Engineer

Archway recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join a leading national engineering consultancy based in their Tauranga office. A geotechnical engineer is being sought to design and project manage several key projects in the region. You will have full project control whilst being responsible for all geotechnical foundation engineering design. The role on offer? This award-winning firm recently won a number of challenging projects in the region and now seek a geotechnical engineer with New Zealand consultancy experience to join their growing team.   The projects are across Bay of Plenty and Waikato which include geotechnical design, data analysis, modelling, construction monitoring and report writing. Candidates will be expected to have experience of working on infrastructure, commercial, industrial and residential land development projects.   What's in it for you? You will be an experienced geotechnical engineer with 6 years New Zealand geotechnical consulting experience. Project design experience will include ground investigations, earthwork and foundation design, settlement calculations, retaining walls. Senior CPEng engineers will support and help with development.
