My client currently operates as a partner in a highly successful engineering business that has been established for over 50 years.
They currently specialise in smaller assignments, residential buildings and commercial up to 3 stories, and are also involved in recreational sites. They have an extremely loyal client base that has worked with them over 10+ years which has enabled them to deliver and perform in all economic markets.
Due to the Partner looking to retire my client is currently in the market for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with CPEng or looking to qualify to come on board with a view to taking on the partnership.
This business has unbelievable improvement value in terms of modernisation, marketing, and expansion of clients and services and so much more but is currently highly profitable and operating well.
There would a be a significant handover period, transition of clients and introductions.
