TAA Logistics is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our transport administration team who has experience with transport and logistics or an order inventory warehouse data entry customer relations type role.
The role involves a number of admin type office duties, including the daily processing of customer paperwork through the relevant computer-based systems. Candidates should have a sound understanding and use of email and Microsoft applications, as well as experience inputting job-related information and processing paperwork for invoicing into our CargoWise system.
We are looking for a person who has great attention to detail and good communication skills, someone who can follow up with drivers and understand timelines for work close-off. This person will work alongside customers and Truck Drivers, as well as the rest of the administration team in our Wiri Office.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 25 hours paid weekly. The start time would ideally be 7:30 am.
