Position Details: FTE: 0.4 (15 hours per week) Permanent part time Location: Based at our Manawatu campus in Palmerston North, New Zealand Flexibility: Flexible to meet your needs and availability Environment: Unique and rewarding with adjusted hours and patient load Support: Paid admin time and administrative support Collaboration: Work closely with counsellors and wellbeing advisers to enhance student health literacy, benefiting students beyond their Massey years Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Provide clinical leadership and support to health providers Ensure services meet legal obligations and adhere to Te Whatu Ora and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles Participate in health service planning, policy development, and continuous improvement Qualifications and Experience: Registered Medical Practitioner with the Medical Council of New Zealand Experience in General Practice or Family Medicine Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of health systems and regulations What We Are Looking For: A team player who aligns with our commitment to being a Tiriti-led, future-focused university A professional who embraces diversity, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative approach to healthcare Someone who fits well within our organisation and values the flexibility and support we offer If you're ready to make a positive impact in a flexible and supportive environment, apply today How to Apply: Submit your application through our Massey University Careers Page.
