Our medical centres at OneCare Health are physician-led, with a comprehensive and supportive MDT. We have the shared goal, to reduce fragmentation in the patient healthcare experience for the Papatoetoe and Otahuhu communities we serve.We are proud to be part of the ProCare Network, serving the largest Maori enrolled population in Auckland and the largest Pacific and Asian enrolled populations in the country.We have established clinical and administrative staff on-site, 3 in-practice GPs, & 1 remote GP utilized for virtual consults and Inbox management, a clinical nurse manager, dedicated practice nurse and healthcare assistant. We also utilize a HIP, Health Coaches and Health Navigators and a part-time in-house Pharmacist. We currently have a full FTE available between both our Centres, situated less than 5km from each other: Papatoetoe (3 days) and Otahuhu (2 days). If you are only looking for part-time FTE, we can accommodate this in one of the two locations. We use Indici software and offer paid training for those unfamiliar with either PMS.
