Based in beautiful Whanganui, Te Oranganui is a kaupapa Maori organisation that offers a range of health and wellbeing services for whanau in the Whanganui region and surrounding districts.
Te Waipuna Health is the General Practice arm with an enrolled population of 5,300 spread across two Practices and is seeking an innovative GP to join their team. As a low-cost access health centre, we offer a newly refurbished practice in a supportive and flexible environment.
About the role: Te Oranganui Trust is looking for an experienced NZ-based Takuta - General Practitioner to join our friendly, well-established Health Centre, Te Waipuna Health. We have a great team culture, and our GPs work closely with a team of experienced health professionals.
Preferably a 0.8FTE position, but other FTE availability will be considered. About you: As an experienced GP, ideally, you will be vocationally registered or working toward this. You will be working with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Kaihautu (Service Manager). You will have a holistic approach to patient care.
