A bit about us: We are a small provider with approximately 2,000 enrolled patients. We focus on true family health for adults and children, plus chronic and accidental care for primarily high-needs or complex members of our local community. Onsite, there are 2 GP colleagues, practice nurses, and a large IDT inclusive of HIPs, Health Coaches, and wider psychological and integrated community health services.
If you have done any post-graduate work/studies in public health, paediatrics, women's health, chronic care, or pain, we would love to hear from you! Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. We have 4/10ths available on an ongoing basis on Mondays and Tuesdays. We also have 2 sister locations (Henderson & CBD) and we can create a job-share at one of our other locations to top up your FTE.
