Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated General Practice Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate work, additional experience in relationship property would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Independently manage files.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on trust formation, administration, and disputes.Draft wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.Complete estate work including preparing probate, letters of administration and estate administration.Assist clients with relationship property matters, including contracting out agreements and separations.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and a current practicing certificate.Demonstrate expertise in trust and estate law along with other areas of general practice.Experience in relationship property matters is a plus.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong IT skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
