Mo te tunga - About the role
The General Medicine department at Christchurch Hospital is a busy and dynamic acute service, dealing with over 16,000 admissions per year. All patients are assessed in our 40-bed acute medical assessment unit (MA), before being transferred to one of three dedicated General Medical wards.
We are seeking a General Medicine Physician (Consultant) to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term, Part Time (0.5 FTE) position. We are open to applications from Registered Medical Practitioners who have completed advanced training in General Medicine (or equivalent) and are eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
