We are a leading teaching hospital and closelyassociated with Auckland University.General Medicine is the core of the medical inpatient service but is very well supported by the range of tertiary services that you would expect in New Zealand's largest hospital complex .The General Medicine service is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physician who shares our vision for better care for our patients.The service comprises 5 teams of 6-7 consultants. Each ward-based team of consultants has in addition 3 Registrars and 3 House Officers. We are an inclusive, friendly team with excellent relationships amongst colleagues with varied subspecialty interests including infectious diseases, immunology and obstetric medicine.
