A living environment that centred around retirement without compromise.About The FoundationThe Foundation is the newest retirement living development by Generus Living, a privately owned New Zealand company. Over the last 15 years its team has built a strong reputation for building and operating upscale retirement residences of impeccable quality in Auckland, Mt Maunganui and Christchurch.In October of last year, The Foundation completed its first development milestone, Nathan Residences, comprising of 46 luxury retirement apartments. Work is well underway on the adjacent second building with 60 apartments. On completion in 2028, The Foundation will have 170 residences and more than 250 residents.To complement The Foundation's luxury positioning, the recent restoration and opening of the historic Pearson House on the Domain serves as the residents' private club. This unique amenity includes an eatery, lounge and entertainment spaces, a boutique cinema, cardio suite and arts studio. The Foundation's development pipeline will also include additional facilities including a Care Centre, rooftop terrace, restaurant, bar, and swimming pool.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead The Foundation – someone who is a passionate ambassador that can deliver exceptional service and create an unprecedented retirement residence in New Zealand.The Foundation's proposition is underpinned by exemplary product and customer service.
