Our services, Enliven and Family Works, support disabled people to have good lives and choices, children, whanau, and older people to make positive changes in their lives.Due to retirement, we are seeking a GM- Support Services to join our executive team.
The GM-Support Services provides strategic advice to operational and governing structures and manages corporate service support for PSEC.As a high-functioning senior executive, you will lead a team of six direct reports.
Your responsibilities will include all finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, statutory reporting, tax and treasury, along with management of corporate functions such as IT, payroll, compliance, risk management, and assets, including investment portfolios and insurance.Your necessary qualifications and experience will include:Chartered Accountant – CA ANZ – essential5 years experience in senior management positions – desired (Not-For-Profit accounting an advantage)Proven experience in leading teamsCommunication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in the use of financial software and data analysis toolsAt PSEC, we value our most significant asset: people who lead social change with courage, care and aroha.
