We are now seeking a General Manager in Auckland, with potential shareholding opportunities.Tertiary engineering degree: CPEng (NZ) for low and/or medium rise structures10 years' experiencewith most of this gained in the New Zealand market.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external clients. A strong command of both spoken and written English is essential.Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.Independent, decisive, and quick-thinking; able to work with a dynamic team of talented engineers and support staff.Strong team-oriented mindset, with a personable nature and solid work ethic, as reflected in your references.Ability to take charge of business operations and engineering design projects immediately.You have a management brain.Flexibility and resilience in tackling complex issues, utilising problem-solving methodologies to find effective solutions.You are self-sufficient and require minimal supervision.You can demonstrate yourability to lead, organise and motivate others.This job comes with above market-rated salary and health care benefits.
