Like all Councils, Kaipara District Council is responding to reforms and changes in strategic direction which has given rise to new opportunities.The Council is searching for a GM of Strategic Improvement who is an experienced people leader and business partner, capable of taking a broad view of the organisation and all its stakeholders.
