General Manager Required

We are looking for a General Manager for our Rotorua based cleaning company. This is a full time and permanent position and will consist of managing the day to day operations of our business. 
To be considered for this position you will have availability for work for 7 days a week and be prepared to work some early mornings and late nights. 
As you will be in a management position, we require you to have at least a qualification at Diploma level or at least three years of relevant experience. 
You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames. You will also ideally have knowledge in the running of a serivice related company. 
 
You will be also expected to perform management tasks such as managing customer relationships and ensuring that there are policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiating, formulating, drafting, editing and signing work contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring that KPIs are adhered to, assisting in the growth of clients by increasing contracts and coordinating with other Management or Senior staff members to ensure that staff training is conducted appropriately and that our clients are happy with the tasks that we are performing. You will be solely responsible for the management of the day to day operations of our business.

This is a full time Permanent position and successful applicant will be required to manage the day to day business operations, clients of our business as well as the contracts in our business.
 
We are looking at a minimum payrate of $29.66  per hour and a maximum payrate of $35 per hour for this position and we are able to guarantee at least 30 hours per week for each position.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
