Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager for NZ Markets will be based in the Waikato and play a crucial role in connecting farmers with LIC's products and innovation.
The appointee will lead a team of approximately 170 professionals across various functions, including product management, account/territory management, customer experience/services, communications, branding, sales capability development, and sales operations.
The GM NZ Markets will be responsible for engaging and guiding their team while providing visionary leadership on LIC's future direction through a customer-focused approach.
This role involves not only setting and executing strategies for the business unit but also representing the customer's voice within the senior leadership team to ensure that the overall enterprise strategy aligns with current and future customer needs.
