As we embark on the next chapter of our ambitious growth journey, we're searching for a dynamic, deeply experienced retail marketing leader to help grow our incredible brands across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond. This role requires someone who is a good communicator, organized, influential, collaborative, and highly commercial—ready to build on our brand story and drive customer acquisition and engagement through unparalleled experiences. The marketing team of seven covers creative, design, production, social, and much more and will look to the GM for guidance, direction, decision making, and encouragement. This role will also be responsible for leading the relationship with an external marketing agency and representing Bendon's best interests.
