You will contribute significantly through innovation, the successful implementation of new products and service concepts, and the development of new business with both new and existing customers, clients, and partners. We are builders of high-quality solutions for our customers. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand the DIALOG Fitzroy Projects Division, enhancing our EPC capability and portfolio. Develop and maintain lean, competitive project delivery processes with a "construction lead" approach, leveraging our extensive capabilities. Lead, coach, and develop a team of project delivery professionals and specialists, planning and coordinating activities across various teams. Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for someone who has the following mix of skills, experience, and attributes: Proven track record in winning and successfully delivering complex projects. 8+ years in a Senior/Leadership role in a relevant industry with Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Management, or equivalent field. A chartered engineering status would be advantageous. Proven experience in delivery of projects in the field to drive a "construction approach" to our project systems. Experience in developing lean project management systems and standardised project reporting. Experience in identifying and mitigating project risk to achieve successful outcomes, and implementation of project quality assurance processes. Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams and a proven ability to build, develop and retain high-performing teams. Strong negotiation skills for contract management, procurement, and conflict resolution. Strong ability to partner with technology providers, and ability to manage sub-contracting entities for successful delivery.
