The ideal candidate have ability to maintain effective communication skills throughout the supplier network. The GM Supplier Services will work to achieve a value-added approach that provide a sustainable, competitive pay-out in our community. Candidate have ability to assist suppliers with statutory compliance requirements, particularly in resource management act, code of practice and farming excellence programs. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $30,764 – $301,736 per year. Applicant must have previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment in understanding of dairy industry ingredients.
Qualifications for General Manager: Candidate have previous experience in working within a manufacturing environment in understanding of dairy industry ingredients. Ability to dedicate the best practice management processes and system. It must have sustainable dairy production and milk collection prioritize animal welfare, efficient resource use, renewable energy and environment conversation. Proven success in leading terms to exceed performance targets. Responsibilities for General Manager: Candidate have ability to maintain effective verbal and written communication throughout the supplier network. Ability to advocate with external organizations and rural professional on behalf of suppliers. It must have ability to promote and fostering existing and new relationships and commercial opportunities for clients. Excellent collaborations between the milk suppliers and milk collection teams.
