Ray White Invercargill are looking for a savvy business professional with a proven record of leadership success to join our team as General Manager.

Our General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to administration and property management. You will drive our strategic initiatives and ensure the delivery of the highest levels of professionalism and satisfaction as we help our clients navigate their property journey. You will lead the entire team effectively. Ray White is passionate about embracing growth for each individual. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
leading and managing the entire team of 24 – including contracted sales staff, and administration and property management employeesoverseeing the day-to-day operations of our businessfinancial planning, budgeting and reportingdeveloping and implementing business strategies to drive growthcultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture and promoting continued professional developmentdeveloping and maintaining effective business relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholdersanalysing industry and market trends and responding through the development of initiatives and strategies which ensure Ray White Invercargill remains competitiveensuring compliance with legal requirements and organisational policiesHR functions – including hiring and performance managementThis is a full-time role working Monday to Friday (inclusive).
