It operates a full supply chain service of processing, certification, storage, distribution, and merchant networks.Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to improve productivity and grow the business. The GM is directly responsible for customer relationships, and the growth, optimisation, and development of the company's people, plant, and financial performance. Key to success is establishing long-term relationships with growers and merchants, efficiency of processing, diversification, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:A focus on continuous improvement of operations across the whole supply chain.An appreciation for the grower and merchant relationship and market opportunities.Demonstrated success in growing new business and building lasting customer relationships.The ability to manage and develop an engaged, multi-skilled high-performing team.Strong financial management, planning, and reporting expertise.Commercial nous, self-motivated, and a passion for commercial enterprise.Ability to lead the organisation in Health & Safety.Manufacturing and mechanical experience advantageous.The appointee will be supported by an experienced and committed visionary Board known for their commercial enterprise and initiative.
