General Manager

General Manager - Ngati Pahauwera Commercial Development Ltd (NPCDL), Napier/Wairoa based.
NPCDL seeks to employ an energetic and outcome-focused General Manager.
NPCDL is the commercial arm of Ngati Pahauwera Development Trust (NPDT) and is responsible for growing the value of the Treaty Settlement assets to benefit the wellbeing of its 7,000 plus members and their descendants.
The GM will lead and manage the commercial operations of the company in a manner that aligns with its core values, mission and long term income objectives.
It is anticipated that the appointee will have a proven business track record, strong commercial background and qualifications and experience in financial management/accounting, horticulture/primary industry.
Knowledge of Te Reo, Te Ao Maori and Tikanga would be helpful.
