We are seeking an influential, engaged, and experienced individual to take the helm as General Manager at The Doctors Tauranga.
You will play a pivotal role for the practice supporting the interesting, diverse, and challenging environment that is Primary Care.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday.
To be successful in the role you will be/have:
An experienced General Manager (prior experience in a primary care setting is desirable but not essential)
A strong proven track record in leadership, motivating and managing through change, supporting and building high-performing teams in a healthy and happy workplace.
Extensive experience in all aspects of operations management including financial planning and management, delivering on strategic objectives and managing operational functions, experience in HR and an understanding of ERA, experience and understanding of performance, risk management, and compliance.
Strong commercial acumen will be an advantage
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in developing and implementing new systems and processes for operational efficiency, performance, and team wellbeing
Able to adapt, work autonomously and as part of a team, and be a competent decision maker.
