General Manager - The Cause CollectiveLocation: AucklandSalary: $136,000 – $184,000 per yearThe Cause Collective (TCC) is a community organisation that aims to create the conditions for communities to thrive from this generation to the next. We are a population-focused organisation with a particular interest in Pacific peoples across Aotearoa, underserved, and South Auckland communities. The Cause Collective is looking for a General Manager - Families & Communities.This role will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver on the strategy and tactics associated with advancing the organisation's strategic Goal One: Healthy and Thriving Families and Communities. Our General Manager - Families & Communities will support the organisation's flagship population health initiatives: Healthy Families South Auckland, One Love South Auckland neighbourhood initiative, the Rheumatic Fever Stop Sore Throats Hurting Hearts Campaign, Measles Campaign, and the Winter Strong place-based initiative.This support includes ensuring sustainable funding, high-quality and timely deliverables, and showcasing the work with system stakeholders, converting opportunities into tangible leave-behind results. The General Manager - Families and Communities also holds the role of TCC Manager for Healthy Families South Auckland, which requires collaboration with our Auckland Council counterparts to create healthier communities.The right person for this role will have a relevant tertiary/management qualification or experience working in health and social care, preferably with an understanding of systems change.
