Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing business strategies, goals, and objectives.
Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, customer service policies, and operational policies and procedures.
Ensuring alignment of business operations with the company's vision and mission.
Overseeing budget preparation and financial reporting.
Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost control measures.
Ensuring profitability and sustainable financial growth.
Overseeing inventory management and procurement processes.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handling customer complaints and feedback by ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Implementing HR policies and procedures, and managing employee performance, development, and relations.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure high service standards.
Promoting the business to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Analysing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Managing business risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensuring a safe and positive work environment and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Overseeing regular inspections and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
Preparing and presenting reports to the stakeholders and senior management.
Analysing business performance and making data-driven decisions.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Perform any other duties as may be required by the Director from time to time.
Qualifications & experience:
At least 5 years' work experience in a management role is essential.
A bachelor's degree may be advantageous, although not essential.
Self-motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Effective communication skills with staff and customers, and the ability to work well within a team.
Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
