General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) EPIC Beer is one of the most iconic craft beer brands in New Zealand. Founded in 2005, Epic is the name behind award winning beers such at Armageddon, Hop Zombie, Epic Blue, and Epic Thunder. As part of a new ownership model the company is looking for an experienced General Manager to work along side the Head Brewer and lead the team in what can only be described as an exciting future. Based out of Onehunga, the General Manager will have accountability for the business performance, production and people leadership including the Taproom, a destination that is proudly supported by locals and enthusiasts alike. Epic has a strategic sales and distribution partnership and is widely stocked throughout the country. The General Manager will continue to build the brand and be active in the market, developing the business presence as a destination, and to continue to make great beers! Hospitality and brewery/taproom experience is an advantage, along with the strong business acumen demonstrating the ability to optimise operations and deliver positive outcomes.
