Our directors will be stepping aside and managing other business opportunities – you will be running the business on a day-to- day basis and reporting to them. As the GM, you will play a key role in working with the directors to achieve our business objectives by taking responsibility for:designing and implementing strategic and operational plans.scanning the horizon for changes which will impact how we operate and leveraging these to create real and reoccurring value.managing all areas of the firms' operations including financial and budget management, business development, people management, IT infrastructure and systems, practice management, and building management.developing new business and sustaining trusted relationships with our existing clients and the national business community.To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:proven record of executive leadership including creating, implementing and successfully delivering strategic and operation plans.proven record of creating a growth enhancing culture.proven business and financial acumen.Innovative and critical thinker.ability to build a high degree of trust and confidence with the directors and build trusted relationships with the wider team and the business community we support.A working understanding of Immigration Law in NZ, practices and procedures is required.  A generous base salary is on offer along with other KPI incentives and benefits for the right person.
