In this role, you will inspire and empower our teams to deliver sustainable solutions, foster a culture of high performance, safety, and innovation, all while shaping our strategic direction for the PDL and Schneider Electric brands in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Inclusive leadership: Build and coach high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety-first, collaboration, innovation, and engagement. Strategy Development: Implement a comprehensive strategy for the residential segment, aligning with overall company objectives. Brand Advocate: Serve as the external advocate for the PDL brand, enhancing its visibility and reputation in the marketplace. Collaboration with Marketing: Partner closely with the Marketing team to create and execute strategic plans that drive business growth across all areas. Operational Excellence: Oversee sales planning and coverage while collaborating with support functions. Market Growth: Formulate and implement strategies to retain volume and market share, expand accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and explore new market segments. Customer Insights: Gather and provide valuable feedback on product performance, market trends, partner activities, and pricing strategies. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Financial Results: Deliver on key metrics, including sales growth, orders growth, support function costs, and margin. Value Proposition: Animate Schneider Electric's unique value proposition in the market by developing new and established partnerships. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with and motivate the team, driving a culture of high performance through talent development and animating our IMPACT values. Qualifications: Proven experience in collaborative roles within the residential and building segment. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to explore market trends and customer needs effectively. Sales/Marketing experience in building market access—working closely with partners. Proven success in driving business transformation and change management.
