This is a pivotal role in the MOVe Senior Executive Leadership team where you will oversee the strategic and commercial direction and operational excellence of its freight and fuel business units and groupwide fleet and property management. This includes: 17 freight branches nationwide 13 fuel terminals nationwide 1100+ fleet nationwide 30+ properties nationwide You will be responsible for developing and refining a strategy to grow profitable market share, expanding the customer base, and increasing their market share whilst nurturing existing customer relationships and being fiscally prudent. Key Responsibilities: Financial Turnaround: Analyse current financial performance and identify key areas for improvement. Develop and implement a comprehensive turnaround plan focusing on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Delivery: You are energised by delivery and possess the ability to think big picture and inspire those around you but know what Best-in-Class looks like and how to operationalise it. Market Analysis: Understand our supply chain industry and use your knowledge and insightful approach to identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform decision-making and execute optimisation and transformational action. Requirements: You will be an experienced executive in the freight and logistics sector, with a broad set of business competencies and advanced problem-solving skills.
