They are a trusted partner and subsequently, enjoy a high level of repeat business.The Fitout Division is undergoing a strategic transformation and we are seeking an experienced and dynamicGeneralManagerto join the team and lead the business through this exciting journey.The role:You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Fitout Division, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes, driving sales and profitability, and leading the new strategic direction and change. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader with a strong background in operations, commercial management, and business growth within the construction or commercial fit-out sector.Who we needIdeally you'll have a background in the construction industry preferably with experience in commercial interior fitouts. You are likely to have come from a commercial building or Quantity Surveying background and used to working with architects, designers and contractors, specifying and tendering for complex jobs.Strong operations experience and an ability to lead change to improve efficiency and client delivery is key.
