We're on the lookout for a passionate General Manager – Finance and Corporate Services to lead and support ServiceIQ's finance and corporate division.About the RoleAs a key member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide strategic and commercial guidance to drive alignment between business plans and organisational goals, ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of our operations.Oversee the financial strategy, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and growth through sound fiscal planning and alignment with the organisation's commercial objectives.Guide business support functions, including Finance, HR, Digital, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, to achieve strategic objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.Maintain a robust risk management framework, ensuring proactive risk assessment, mitigation, and transparent reporting to the Te Pukenga Council.Contribute to a cohesive Senior Leadership Team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across all support functions.Maintain and oversee a compliance framework to meet regulatory standards, manage audits.This is a unique chance for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and a mix of strategy and detail to make a lasting impact at ServiceIQ.Who You AreAn experienced Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Senior Leadership roles.Experienced managing multiple functions, ideally including human resources, digital infrastructure, resource development, supplier relationships, quality and assurance.Well versed in leading strong, results-driven, high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.Demonstrated proficiency in risk identification, mitigation and management with a focus on financial, operational and compliance risks.About ServiceIQServiceIQ is part of Te Pukenga Work Based Learning Limited.
