You'll enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and constantly evolving environment so you'll need to be able to work autonomously as well as in a team, be proactive by nature and adapt to change.Leading a team of largely experienced Brokers and Rural Sales Specialists, we are looking for someone specifically to:Lead the sales team and individuals to achieve set KPI's and sales targets.Grow the brands in all regions through agent recruitment and marketing initiatives. Bring Commercial or Rural real estate experience and knowledge into our environmentManage the office(s) to best practice across all facets of real estate.Drive specific individual agent activity, and lead localised marketing and sales initiatives.Foster positive and enduring customer relationships internally and externally with our Colliers Franchise partners.We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, organised and energised.
