This position will provide an opportunity to showcase your relationship management, business development and financial management skills.
While embracing innovation, leading, and inspiring the team and managing the day-to-day operations of the Club to align with its members, you will also play a vital role in the growth and promotion of this Club within the local community.
Reporting to and working with, a committed leadership team, you will need strong communication and people skills, ensuring this key relationship works cohesively on long-term strategies and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, visible and approachable.
A Duty Managers License, knowledge of F&B operations, good HR practice and strong financial management skills are essential.
An understanding of the legal obligations and compliances associated within the NZ Clubs industry, sale of alcohol and gaming are desired.
