RAI leads intelligence and research programmes, data and analytics, and geospatial capability providing data analysis and strategic, operational and tactical intelligence assessments and products. We innovate; experiment with new products and data to continuously improve our support to MNZ. What you'll do Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will have opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team passionate about building and developing Maritime New Zealand's regulatory intelligence system and capabilities. You will be a collaborative, people-focused senior leader who will bring a sharp focus to opportunities and value that comes from having a high performing Analytics and Insights function. As a member of the Organisational Strategy and Systems Leadership Team, this role will provide strategic leadership and influence across other areas of Maritime NZ, including the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership team, ensuring sound data and intelligence led decision making and strategic direction.
