Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee 3PL operations, ensuring quality of service across all functions.Hands-On Management: Be deeply involved in the day-to-day workings of the division, actively engaging with teams and processes to drive success.People Management: Lead, inspire, and develop teams, creating a collaborative and results-driven culture.Customer Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with clients, including rate negotiations and contract management.Automation Rollout: Spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge robotics and warehouse automation projects.Strategic Vision: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the division operates as a seamless, efficient, and commercially robust entity.What We're Looking For Proven experience in an Operations Management role within 3PL, with a focus on leadership and innovation.Hands-on expertise in warehouse development, from concept to execution.Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiations and stakeholder management.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build cohesive teams and drive performance.A passion for delivering excellence in logistics, warehousing, and automation.A "roll up your sleeves" attitude, eager to be involved in every aspect of operations.What's on offer?
